We will accept any returns for all undamaged and unused items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases .

Return/Exchange Conditions
1. We only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
3. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Thanks for understanding.
4. All returned packages shall not be sent back to the original delivery address, please contact customer service before returning, customer service will send the correct return address.
Return Shipping Fee
1. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
2. The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems, or other reasons accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement.
3. If you ordered an incorrect product, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. We do not accept packages returned using the C.O.D. service.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you within 36 hours once your package is received.
The refund will be credited back to the PayPal account or credit card you used when placing the order.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
